QUALITY POLICY

The Management of E.Line S.r.l. wishes to transmit to all personnel concerned its willingness to operate within the framework of a Quality Management System according to what is described in the UNI CEI EN ISO 13485: 2016 and UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 standards, confirming its cultural values ​​identifiable in:

 

  • meeting the expectations of customers and all stakeholders, providing products and services aimed at ensuring maximum attention to the safety and effectiveness of products;
  • making a selection of customers and of the reference market, in order to work with stable and qualified companies that bring added value to the company (safe business);
  • investing in order to guarantee adequate resources to the operators, encouraging the growth of the company;
  • motivating and enhancing the potential of its human resources;
  • paying constant attention to keep the effectiveness of the organization’s processes;
  • complying with the regulatory obligations established by regulation 745/17 [MDR] of the european directive 93/42 /CEE and s.m.i. for the production and marketing of our products with the ce mark;
  • possessing an integrated quality management system that, thanks to the collaboration of the staff inolved, is able to prevent, detect and correct defaults thanks to a careful analysis of risks and the identification of the consequent opportunities for improvement;

To achieve the desired effectiveness in the performance of company processes, E.line sets itself the goal of improvement, measurable through appropriate indicators and consistent with what is defined by its policy, to guarantee product quality and customer satisfaction. The adoption of internal monitoring systems within the company, allows continuous monitoring of the company’s activity, to allow preventive identification of possible deviations from its objectives. All employees are therefore called upon to make their own contribution, operating in compliance with the tasks and procedures established, so that the company can:

  • striving for maximum customer satisfaction through the principles of professionalism, fairness, flexibility and respect;
  • offering the customer a service that gives priority to the quality-price ratio in compliance with the numerous legal requirements while maintaining a standard that is always higher than the required parameters;
  • adopting new commercial and marketing policies aimed at territorial expansion and image improvement by increasing the value of business.
  • making the entire organizational structure aware that working with a view to continuous improvement and lasting success can only bring benefits for customers and therefore for the entire company;
  • offering full availability and absolute rigor in the timely resolution of any problems;
  • striving to unify the various management aspects, to spread the awareness that management systems are part of a single company project.
